Traditional Da Yun cycles add successive ten-year pillars after a calculated starting point. A yearly pillar then creates a shorter present-tense layer inside the active cycle.
Past, Now and Next
Timeline V1 shows the previous, active and following calculated luck-cycle pillars. The present card also names the current annual pillar so the source of the timing language stays visible.
What timing can responsibly mean
A timing layer can frame changing emphasis, pace or pressure. It cannot verify that a specific event must occur, and it should never replace financial, medical, legal or safety decisions.
Why the direction input is visible
The traditional cycle calculation uses a sex-based direction convention. The site asks for that input explicitly, explains its narrow purpose and does not infer or reuse it elsewhere.
